Mommies from Oceanside, please be careful driving on a crowded night. Last night we witnessed this lady with a stroller jumped in front of a car and claimed she was hit. We panicked and pulled over to help and turns out the baby in the stroller was fake. We called the cops and they all knew the lady and told us she does it a lot to try and scam people out of their money. That lady was batshit crazy!
