Question for breastfeeding moms. I've been breastfeeding now for 6 months and I've been wanting to enjoy wine here and there but I have not. Is it possible to have a drink here in there? Nothing more than a glass once or twice a week thanks mom's!!!!

My mom does the advocare program and looses weight on it .. i want to look into it after the baby is here. Hopefully they have something safe for breastfeeding
