I attended a great meeting this evening after work. A very good friend of mine was sharing some enlightening information with me regarding 401k's, life insurance, college funds and retirement.

I never really knew there were options. The vendor through my employer only offers Term or Whole Life. That's how I have always seen it offered since the beginning of my career.

I really learned a lot this evening. I feel more informed to make better decisions to prepare and take care of my family all for the same cost as I've been doing for the last 20 years🤦🏻‍♀️. Not to mention a college fund that's more than a college fund for Rocco.
