I'm currently 36 weeks and 5 days and I just left my appointment and my doctor told me I am 2 centimeters dilated and my son is head down and he could come any day now my due date is July 24th but I don't think I'm going to make it my son is ready to come out lol . 💙
@newmommyathenia, if you're over the conversation then end it and shut up, like I said I wasn't talking to you. How are you offended and speaking for the poster when she literally just said she understood what I said and that I didn't make her feel any type of way. You're steady saying I put her hopes down but I didn't. If you're gonna defend somebody toots then do it properly when there's a need for it. Otherwise, take your own advice and if you don't have anything positive to say then stop talking.
@jae the last thing im worried about is how smart you think i am 👌 im really over this conversation 😂 if you don't understand how you put her hopes down im not gonna waste my time explaining it to you. Resorting to insults isn't gonna get you anywhere.
@newmommyathenia, I still didn't say that tho. I said I hate when drs tell women that. I'm starting to think you're stupid...
@jae look all im saying is that you need to just let her have her moment. So what she will be waiting. She don't need you or anybody else telling her that just cause she dilated don't mean her baby gonna come soon. Let people have their damn hope and move on.
@newmommyathenia, your comprehension is still off. I never told her not to get her hopes up. You really need to read better cuz you still missing the point and not seeing how you're wrong here debbie
@gabbiewill, I'm not letting her hype me up thank you very much I have been kind of annoyed cause I've been hearing that all day but I wasn't irritated with the girl that said doctors shouldn't tell us that because I understand where she is coming from If I was mad I would've told her but I'm still not in a rush to get him out that didn't change just happy I'm making progress .
@walker.dejanay, good. I'm happy you understood it was nothing negative towards you. I just know those words give a lot of false hope to women, especially first time moms.
@walker.dejanay yea girl I know how it would make me feel when people tell me not to get my hopes up but like for real. They need to just let women be excited and happy they are getting close because yes everyone is different and your baby can come any day and don't let nobody take that from you. You can wake up each day knowing youre one step closer to having that little baby. I feel the same way. I don't care if I sit here till past my due date I will be happy and excited about being dilated no matter what anybody says. You have every right to get your hopes up. At most its only a matter of weeks could be days before your baby is here and that's something to be happy about.
@jae, I understand where your coming from as well that's why when you said what you said I didn't get irritated I just said everybody is different my son might come late or he might come early I just want him to be healthy either way I'm not upset though I know what you were trying to say as well this is my first baby so I get happy over literally everything lol.
Whoa I guess I missed a lot but @newmommyathenia, I understand completely where your coming from because it has been annoying since I told people I'm 2 centimeters they keep saying that doesn't mean your going to go into labor or don't get my hopes up and it's like let me feel how I want to feel , I honestly thought I wasn't dilated at all so to find out I am actually dilated makes me happy that possibly my son could come soon I understand most people stayed 2 centimeters for a long time but everybody is different and I hope my son doesn't take that long but if he does then he just isn't ready to come right now .
@gabbiewill, idk what there wasn't to understand lbs. All I said was I hate when drs say that. Idk what lil mama is so mad for. The girl who posted didn't even get her panties in a bunch over it 🤷🏽♀️
@newmommyathenia, I'll stop being a wet blanket if you stop trying to be a super hero. AGAIN since clearly your reading comprehension is off, I didn't say her dr was wrong. I said I hate when drs tell women this because dilation is not an indication of labor starting soon. Show me where I told her not to get her hopes off or said anything negative TO HER about her post? Don't worry I'll wait.
@jae if her doctor didn't feel that way they wouldn't have told her that. Here you are putting a huge wet blanket over her hopes of having her baby soon. You wouldn't like it. Like why would you even comment if all your doing is telling her that her doctor is wrong for telling her she's getting close. Knowing that your over here telling her not to get her hopes up. Let her be and let her get her hopes up because her doctor knows better than anybody else does. Stop being a wet blanket on her excitement for real.
@walker.dejanay, I wasn't being negative about your progress or that you were happy about it, just to be clear. My words were towards the drs who tell their patients this, not towards you.
@newmommyathenia, girl what the hell are you even talking about? I said something about DOCTORS not about her so you can really stop butting in when I didn't say anything negative to her in the first fucking place. I hate that drs tell women they can go any day now just because they are dilated because it gives them false hope that their baby is coming soon when they could really be walking around still pregnant at 42 weeks. I'm sure she's happy that she's making progress and I didn't say anything negative about that so have several seats and take off your cape. Thanks.
@jae she can be happy about being 2cm and she can post about her baby coming any day. You don't need to be rude. Im seriously so tired of seeing people getting nasty with women who are excited they are getting close. Dilation is a huge step to having her baby and she shouldnt have to be told off by anyone who disagrees with her excitement. People need to stop being so damn negative for real. If you don't have positive things to say then just keep to yourself.
Oh, I guess I'm just happy that I'm dilated in due in 3 more weeks I'm in no rush for him to come anyways I'm not even doing anything to put myself in labor but I'm sure if I do something I will go into labor everybody body is different .
That just because they are dilated they can "go any day now". Dilation is not an indication of when labor will start.
@js_kidsmom, man look lol. I'm tired. How is she still coming with the white cape when nobody here needs saving? The poster even just said she understood and wasn't offended. She really gotta shut up now cuz I'm trying not to get vulgar here.
