@missliss looks like you have the graco extend2fit. Easy strap adjustment. Just adjust her head rest a little bit lower and that will also lower her straps

Her clip is fine, her straps need to be lowered. They shouldn't be above her shoulders until she's forward facing.
Okay thanks @noahs.mommy they should be coming from at or below if shes rear facing and at or above if forward facing. Hows the install of the carseat? Less than 1 inch movement at belt path?

I cant tell where the straps fall on her shoulders, are they coming from at or below her shoulders? Everything else looks good
