Been throwing up since 1 am. Cant even keep water down. Do i need to go to the hospital for fluids. I'm shaking and its just yellow fluid coming up. Stomach acid i believe.

I'd certainly at the very least call your OB and see what they say! That does not sound healthy for either you or the baby!

I was like that with my first. It's stomach acid. You just have to sip water and find something that wont make you nauseous. If not you will want to ask for nausea medication. It should stop in the 2nd semester.
