I wanna do the DNA ancestry test so I can tell Zy'La what she really is and not what everyone else thinks she is. Has anyone tried it?
After she did it I wanna do it now too cause idk anything about my dad either.
She did 23andme.com
It was $99. You can even buy the kits in store now and then send it back instead of waiting to get the kit.
@jacesterlingsmommy, I'm gonna suck it up and spend the money 😂
My sister did it! We have a white mom and she has a black dad but doesn't know a single thing about him other than that. It was really neat to see the results.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
TWW!!
2dpo and on the tww journey. Anyone on the same dpo or close? Haven't decided if I will test at 12dpo or just wait and see if she shows up!!

I will be 41 :/
Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
I did the test with 23andme, and I loved it. All my life I grew up being told I was German, but after the test I found I have less than 4% German in me. 😂 I'm actually about 60% Irish. I did their health and ancestry one though, and that one is more expensive. But it also gives you a summary of what health issues you're genetically at risk for. My parents don't know our health history so that was nice for me to have. I think you might enjoy the ancestry one, though.
23andme does offer a rewards program, if you get friends and family to sign up and purchase tests as well, you can earn up to $20 per person as an amazon gift card. So you could make your money back if you're worried about the cost that way.
