Need advice. I know there has to be a way to get my husbands gf and her kids out of my house. The envioment is volitile for my remaining daughter. Im in texas.

I moved out because my kids wanted to be with him and i thought they were sleeping on the floor of my mil house but wrong they were sleeping on his mistress apt floor. I didnt know he was having an affair until after i moved out thinking we would be working on ourselves.
@lola-tx, if the house is under your name why did you moved out?? You should've stayed there!! Now he has that shank at your house, go to court so they both can get evicted or go to the police.
Now he's threatening you? If he's texting you all that shit you should do a report on him or put him in jail.

If you call police and she not on the lease she legally can't be there.. that's how it is in Kansas anyway
Then go down to court house or an eviction lawyer and see how to get ball rolling

The only thing you can do is try and get your daughter out of there unfortunately is the house still in your name you can try eviction process if it is but if his name is on it he would have to agree with it too
