I'm five days over due! Yesterday I went walking for about an hour, & soon after I started having pains in my back & abdomen. I timed them, & they were pretty consistent, every five to six minutes, the pain was about a 6/10, & lasted until about 11am this morning. I'm a FTM & know nothing about contractions! I also started losing my mucus plug around 6am this morning, & noticed more show about 30 minutes ago.. does this mean that baby girl is on her way since I'm already over due, or is it a chance that I still have another week to go :(
