Has anyone dealt with post partum depression? And if yes, how were you able to overcome it? Baby girl is 4weeks and I fell so sad all the time..I cry so much and its just so much on my mind i feel like i can't escape it
No problem getting help and having support helps also look at hospitals website mine has information on a ppd group yours might have one too

@tiredmom the doctor gave me a prescription for medication but I don't want to depend on it..i want to see if I can try to do it on my own or at least cope with it :/
there is a group for ppd check out @mom.life_usa, page there is a list of groups my aunt had it it did get better

I hate water so so much, I'm having such a hard time drinking as much as possible 😥
I’m so happy I’m done breastfeeding. It was so much work and causing unneeded stress that when I stopped, I felt so much better. I could bond with my daughter with a bottle as well, I hate how they push breastfeeding in the hospital cause sometimes it’s not always best. 🤷🏻♀️🙅🏻

I got 66 🙈😂 so yeah I’d be put away for life pretty much
