I NEED ADVICE:
So I got a really big decision to make. We are struggling with paying bills and we have a 2 1/2 months old baby girl. Right now I am a stay at home mom and me and my husband keeps talking about me going back to work so we can get caught back up on bills, but I don't want to leave her. I don't know what to do. I would have to work at least six months to get caught back up and that's the most important time of her life that she is going to need me. Our plan was for me to stay home till at least she is one but we need money. I mean we could handle the bills but we would struggle with getting food. I need help on my decision. PLEASE GIVE ME YOUR ADVICE! Should I go back to work or not?
I personally didn't wanna leave my daughter either but I decided to go to work for no more than 4-5hours about 4-5 times a week...it's always in the morning so it's like she doesn't even notice I'm gone
This was something I struggled with too. I ended up compromising and going back 3 days a week. It's still not ideal and I hate leaving my baby, but I keep telling myself that it is to benefit her. Let me know if you just need someone to talk to. I know how hard it can be.
Going back to work wouldn't hurt I think you should consider it maybe if your husband works during the day then you could get a night job n that way she is at least with one of you... and then maybe you could try and have it were you don't work Friday sat & Sunday so you'll have those 3 days off but you'll also be able to help with the bills
need suggestions....
So at work we have a drink thief. Any time we put a drink in the fridge it disappears. I swear I know who it is. So far he's taken drinks from everyone that works in the office, we even put a sign to not take anything you didn't pay for and wrote our names on the drinks. The person I think is taking them works out of the office so we never get to see who is drinking them.
I dont understand how someone can claim they are in debt, gets foodstamps, and has the smallest limit to spend on their children but also spend thousands on theirself. Shouldn't you take care of your kids and bills before? I mean, i collect foodstamps, but thats because after paying all our bills and taking care of our children's needs, we still need a little help. Anything we do for fun is saved up for, or is free. But we arnt going to spend thousands out of spite, greed or bordem.
Maybe I should just go ahead and try for that baby girl one more time, get it over with and have them grow up together... decisions, decisions! What if I just end up with another boy though, lmao! I love my boys but I need a little girl somewhere!
It makes me so mad that we make "too much" to get WIC. Do they not get all the hospital bills that we have? The groceries we have to buy? All our other bills we had before we got pregnant. But we make "too much" I know we could work the system, but I just don't think that's right.
Going back to work...
I don't want to go back to work, but I must pay the bills some how. I'm going to miss my baby so much! She's only 7 weeks old. I hope she likes her nanny. ?
My husband and I took opposite shifts when it was time for me to go back after having the baby (6 weeks is all I got). We have been on opposite shifts ever since so that one of us is always home with the baby. That solution has worked well for us.
