@mberjuste5, I'm in the same situation. Just my husband and my kids and they don't know my family at all. They barely know his because they have started to act like my family and I've pulled them away.

@custom_cutie yeah i feel bad at times bc my kids barely remember my family..... But it takes more then one person to push for a healthy relationship...its team work.... My in laws they have their ways of making you want some distance from them.... Sad but true... We moving and i dont think we will be miss at all

@mberjuste5, same here we moved from NJ to NC and we aren't missed. Yes it is a two way street but the road turned into a one way and I kept going. There's no need for me to talk to people that have hurt me or have had ill intentions towards me. If I don't trust them why would I trust them around my kids?🤔my kids don't even know my mom and I haven't spoken to her since 2008. My family doesn't even know where I am and neither do they care.

@mberjuste5, it's their loss. I've moved on and have tried to make a better life for my kids. It's easier said than done and I can't believe family would be like this

I didnt tell people of this pregnancy unless asked...when i started to show lol...... @custom_cutie people dont congratulate pregnancy so many people have their opinion on how many kids you should have blah blah. I believe my God will provide for us ...he dont give you anything you cant handle

@mberjuste5, I'm not around anyone I know. So no one will see. Plus no one calls to see how I am or the kids any way. lol I'm all the way in a state where I don't know anyone. I've waited to see how long it take and who would call to see how my last baby was doing and guess what no one. So after that i blocked everyone now they can't call or text if they wanted to
