Our NICU used a bottle warmer to thaw milk. Swirl don't shake , to get the fat mixed back on.

So everyone knows not to shake breast milk...I read a study some phyics students did to find out how hard you have to shake the milk to change the molecular structure of the proteins and it was ridiculously hard lol. So don't be afraid to gently shake it a bit if you need to.

My dr said dont warm up it up it looses all value start setting some out to naturally thaw and dont shake it kills all the good butrents apparently theres this awsome mommies page on fb i will try and give u the link they r amazing.
