We bought a cot/cotbed for our first, he wouldn't sleep in it till he was about 6months. We ended up using the carry cot off out travel system in the cot until then, he liked to be cosy as he was only 6lb+1 when born.

They say a moses basket to use first due to baby feeling snug because they are used to being in a small tight space so it's comfortable for them xx

It was my partners sister who bought it as a present so I'm not sure, it's a Clair De lune one and it's lovely but I'm not sure where it's from sorry hun!

Yeah my boys Moses basket is on a stand but it's at the bottom of our bed, so we can both get to him easily depending who wakes x
