ok so someone tell me about those belts to wear after? during? pregnancy.... ive seen people use them and seen stuff about them. this is my first pregnancy. so im clueless.

I needed one with my first pregnancy . I couldn't handle the weight
The one during is just a support belt but usually you won't need on if this is your first pregnancy since your muscles aren't previously stretched out.

Any moms plan on having baby sleep with them? Just curious I've seen so many post about this.
I have seen no posts about people wanting their returns or asking about them but there is an exuberance of posts telling everyone to calm down and wait. 😂
I’ve seen a couple posts about Panera on here, and I’ve always been curious if it’s good or not... so I think I might just try it!!
