Anyone always hungry while breastfeeding?! I feel like a bottomless pit i was never this hungry while pregnant! I didn't stock up on my snacks because I can't be eating all day and today is the first day iv gone without snacking and I have the shakes 😩😩😩😩

I agree. I'm a caregiver for my grandma in law & bring a whole bag of snacks to work with me & by the end of the day, I'm looking for more. Haha I'm such a hog

@elysiansmama, yes please I need healthy options my drug of choice has been nature valley oatmeal bars which I don't think are the healthiest lol I eat like 3or 4 at a time 😭😭😭
You need to be snacking! It's what helps produce your milk! Healthy snacking! You're losing about 500 calories a day bfing that's why you're hungry, have u tried lactation balls? I'll send u the recipe
