It looks really good honestly. The soil should always be moist for melons. Did you water already? If you did just moist the soil again esp cuz its gonna be 100+ today its gonna suck the water out quick. You'll know when theyre done growing cuz the vines will dry and break near the fruit. Keep an eye on them ☺
Its hard to say without me seeing them. What size are they? Look at the leaves/vines and surrounding soil can sometimes show you what might be going on
@kambam Hey! I have a question about my watermelon. It was growing rapidly for the past 2 weeks and now it seems that it's been the same size for the past few days. Is it normal for it to just stop growing like that?
They like to stay moist but not oversaturated. Water from the bottom not the top to avoid rot. If you are able to tell when they are ready they will form a spot where theyre sitting on the soil and the vines near the fruit will become dry. If you can hold off on watering for about a week before they are done they will be sweeter!
