Tighting and mild pain threw my whole belly this morning

Mine does that all the time it's Braxton contractions and it has a lot to do with just having a kid

Drink a lottt of water. It helps.

@cooperciera7 yeah they're normal ☺ my dr just said drinking lots of water helps them be not as strong and happen not as often
