Mom's I need help. I'm in a terrible situation and I really don't think my pregnancy can handle anymore stress. Two days ago my wallet was stolen with $500 cash in it I had just pulled out to pay the rest of my rent. The rent was due today. My landlord HATES me he's such a slum he doesn't fix anything, doesn't replace anything, doesn't do ANYTHING. I asked him if he would give me until Friday in hopes of me being able to make the money back and he said he could only until Wednesday then he's putting us on eviction notice. I'm 18 weeks pregnant, I have a 1 year old, and the father of my baby in utero left for Texas last Friday for his new job. I'm struggling so bad, I know everyone has their issues but I help all the time. It just seems like when I need it in return no one wants to help me. My family has turned their back on me since I moved and want to see me fail. I'm heartbroken right now I do feel like a failure and a terrible mom. I can't eat or sleep all I do is try to make the last $300 I need. Can someone help? Even the smallest amount helps.

Hey I'm sorry to hear that but have you gone to landlord tenant court before? Because an eviction notice is a notice where u appear in court! He don't have the power to say get out now! He can only file for eviction and then u go in front of the judge and tell the judge your story. AND THE JUDGE WILL BE ON YOUR SIDE! AND ALLOW YOU TO MAKE A PAYMENT PLAN AND GIVE YOU IN MOST CASES 30 DAYS! Now if u already went through court the payment arrangement and then if u dnt pay in the time as agreed then the landlord let the courts know the judge send the sheriff's to put you out. But to put somebody out it's a process for one it's too hot the judge won't grant that. My neighbor he just went through that Nd was staying in the apartment for 3 months before the sheriff came to put him out. Maybe court would be better for y'all to deal cause u really don't need the extra stress. And even after court u file a hardship to stay and the judge will give u more time! The slumlord lol is trying scare you. Hope that eased your mind!

the amount of women who are clueless about their own anatomy is so sad and shocking. a lot of the women are older than me and have more children then I do 😳
now I understand that everyone has their own opinion on the topic and grown adults can do whatever they want with their bodies but to deny facts and make up false statements about your own anatomy when it comes to your unborn child is just so disappointing.

I'm sorry your going through this and I wish I could help but @shreeah90 is right. You have sometime before your landlord can actually evict you. He cannot just put you and your family out. Before then, you'll have to go through a court process. Until that happens find out if their are any resources or subsidies in your state that can help with rent payments. As a back up plan, I'd look into shelters also just in case. Please pray and stay positive god has a plan for you and your family. Good luck!
