When did you guys start time outs?

I started yesterday. He is 1y 6m. First time mom so i asked the same question

@eore141996 yeah. A mom suggested to sit for 2 minutes in a corner. Ig they get up, sit them back down. Then talk to them afterwards

I was always told they don't understand the concept of consequences till they are at least 2 and then you can start them on 2 min timeouts.

@rightinthemiddle, we tried a time out today and she's 1 and a half because she keeps throwing stuff and she hasn't thrown anything since

I was just saying, that's what doctors say to do. I'm not saying you are wrong.
