Okay so idk if I should be annoyed about this or not..my sons dad is supposed to pay me $60 a week…

Okay so idk if I should be annoyed about this or not..my sons dad is supposed to pay me $60 a week for child support (we agreed on that on our own) I told him if he's low on money no worries just pay what you can but $60 a week would be perfect. He didn't pay me 2 weeks in a row, finally he did. I never said anything to him about it though. Then this week he hasn't paid me yet but he just sent me pictures of cowboy boots, expensive baby socks, and bib that he got Colton at Cracker Barrel. They are super cute and it was very sweet of him but is it wrong for me to be annoyed that he's buying these expensive things before he even paid me what he's supposed to give? 🙄
