Oh mama!!! Soak those puppies. Epsom salt (bath beads work in a pinch) and warm water. Then afterwards, rub some of your favorite lotion on them with light pressure.

Wow mama, soak your feet in some warm water with epsom salt for 20 minutes. Then kick those feet up and relax!
