@scurlock.mommy, me and my fiancé both agreed we didn't want to but I see all these post about how it's good and what not and it makes me feel bad because I feel like by me not wanting to do it, people may think I don't love my child. Idk, just some anxieties going on lol
Me. I had a bassinet for the twins next to my bed where they slept for a month and after that, we moved them into their cribs. I don't agree with co-sleeping at all. Too much risk towards the baby in my opinion and the bed I share with my husband is strictly that. It's our alone time whether we're being intimate or not. Plus, we spent serious time and money to create a nursery just for them so, that's their special space. Plan on doing the same with our new baby.
@twinsandcounting, we have a bassinet that I plan on using next to the bed and a crib that his sister don't use bc she still co sleeps but the problem is the baby will have to share the room w us since his sister came back home. 😩 I was so excited to use that room for the nursery but oh well. And I'm glad I'm not the only one who doesn't agree w co sleeping. Not saying if you do it's bad but my opinion I don't like it
@jgh2398 we kept her in the same room with us until she was about 4mos, but she was only in our bed for a couple of weeks. Between David snoring and her kicking the shit out of both of us constantly, it just wasn't working lmao. 😂 We moved her out of our room because David's snoring would wake her up. She's slept through the night (for the most part) since.
Omgoodness if u plan to cosleep with ur baby..it's amazing g of course however....it's really really really really hard to break when they get older!!!!!!!
Never coslept. She's always been in her crib since day 1 and when we moved when she was 1 month old she's been in her own room. Her crib was in our room for the first month till we got a bigger place
I never did with my sons the first time and won't be this time either. My close friend had they're baby in the same bed with them and rolled over onto it and suffocated the baby. Even without that story I wouldn't . I have my baby in the same room as me for the first couple months but then sleep in they're own room
I might occasionally, depending on if i breast feed or not. But i will have their bassinet right next to my bed and thats where they will sleep mostly.
