So my daughter has a cosmetic issue with her ear it almost looks like the top of her ear was folded over in the womb and grew that way or something but I doesnt hurt anything so we never did anything about it we figured we'd wait until she said something well the other day she brought it up to me that she wanted to get rid of it so I said we'd talk to her doctor, the next week when we were at the doctors office I brought it up and when we got home later she said she didn't want to do anything about it. Well now they've set up an appointment for her to talk to someone so I asked her again if she wanted to talk to someone about it or if she just didn't want to mess with it at all and she said again she didn't want to do anything about it. Should I suggest she go and just talk or should I cancel the appointment and wait till she brings it up again?

Cancel it and tell her it's always an option!

Maybe just go see what the procedure is & the effects it could have..that way if it's brought up again you can remind her of the procedures, process & effects..

Have her go and talk to them so she has the info she needs, but personally, I'd wait it out. She'll probably change her mind about it a thousand times throughout the years. If it's not hurting her or causing her any issues, then I'd teach her to embrace it unless she's 100% adamant about getting it done. She may have said she wanted to do something about it bc someone said something about it. If that's the case, let her know that people's opinions do not matter and she should only get it done for her, not everyone else.

I would suggest her go and talk to them about the process, just so she knows what would be involved so if later in life she decides she wants to have it done. Then she has all the information and can make a decision based on that.

I'd cancel and wait until she says something again. I feel like you would want her to be 100% set on changing it before doing anything.

I'd take her to talk...talking doesn't hurt and it seems she may have gotten scared about getting something done so it might help her with any fears

Starting TWW. Anyone else?

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

leahbeth I'm so sorry :( hopefully your cycle continues and you get another shot next month.
