So my baby has been having diarrhea, it's getting better & fever no longer a problem however, now I'm dealing with a MAJOR DIAPER RASH ...everytime she goes she screams as if she's being murdered 😔......Cleaning the area with warm like water & cottonballs .....dont have any "organic" cloth wipes ....and the wipes I use were making things worst. So the creams I'm applying are Aquaphor & Boudreaux Butt Paste....but her rash is bright red and there are some parts that I believe i see like the skin opened a little......she started with her diarrhea and clearly the butt paste wasn't enough to prevent the rash.....So what do you ladies use for these extreme rash cases ?
#firsttimemom #help #babydiaperrash
@babyamama I has used the natural green one since she was born and never had any issues.....but clearly it's not strong enough for diarrhea......i was even using a diaper cream that had coconut oil in it but poop has proved to me that it's very strong and at times needed something with more strength.
Just went through this! I usually use the natural butt paste but I got a tip to switch to the extra strength butt paste (red tube) and I loaded it up and it started to clear. Rather quickly. I put a bunch on with every diaper change. Good luck, Poor baby 😞
I just used whatever. I always got the cheap brand. @prit,
@britt16 obvious question but just to make sure ....any brand corn starch?
Use the aquaphor and cornstarch. That's what I always used and it clears up my daughters butt.
@mumstasin @miniwolfe Thank you going to run and get that....thankfully the rash is just her whole butt area and not the lady part but still 😔😥
I use the butt rash product that's red and it's for extreme diaper rashes. I actually only buy that one. It clears up rashes quick. In a day you can tell the difference. I also use Vaseline. My son got a diaper rash cause of the heat on his thighs, butt, testicles and I put butt paste and Vaseline. The next day he was better.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

I had a stillborn daughter at 38 weeks this passed Nov. This is my second month ttc. (Last month we only tried for like two weeks though). My last and only pregnancy, I got pregnant the first month of ttc so I hope it's quick this time again.

My sweet baby girl gained her angel wings this morning. She was my best friend, my true love my everything. She was so happy and beautiful, I'm struggling to say good bye. Sleep tight princess, mummy and daddy love you very very much ❤️

Same! I used it and coconut oil since day one with my baby and with the other kids I nanny. Once she got the rash though I tried the extra strength and it started to clear up right away.
