Three litter boxes for two cats and they only go in one and when that ones full they piss on the floor in front of it. wtf. Do any cat experts know why they do this? I'm about to sell them to a Chinese restaurant.

She litterally cried when we warned her about the running away and about if the cat attacks the baby. She sat down next to the cat for a whole 30 minutes feeding her and crying saying you have to behave. 😭😭😭💔💔💔
@dreamermom i might have to rehome this one because she is getting worse and worse. In my heart I know I need to but my daughter is who stops me. I think about how heartbroken she will be. But I did warn her that if she does something to the baby she has to go.
I have never disliked an animal but they have definitely set my opinion about cats lol
One of them pissed in a box of very sentimental paper items and pictures I had that were irreplaceable and I wanted to just open the door and let her leave
Cats are just crazy! We had 2 cats, also had 3 boxes, they both peed in same box, but one pooped in another... once I found out o was pregnant with my first my husband took over doing the boxes and he does not clean them like I tell him they need done, so when they would get too full the one cat started pissing on his stuff, like his computer bag for work, and his clothes that he would just toss in a pile on the floor! Then once I had the baby, she just started pissing everywhere, no matter how clean things were... she became jealous of the baby, and we tried EVERYTHING! Even bought a calming diffuser, that worked to curb the bad behavior, but my daughter and I both had a bad respiratory reaction to the diffuser, coughing non-stop... so ultimately we had to re-home the one cat! We still have the other... she is 13, and when she passes, I don't think I'll ever have a cat again! They are CRAZY!
@js_kidsmom they are both sweet animals but I am at y wits end with the pissing and long hair and me being the only one that takes care of them. One recently got lupus so now he pays 80$ every month to get her a steroid shot and they are saying she should start taking pills instead but she's mean as hell and I will be the one who has to give her those pills and TBH I really don't want to
@js_kidsmom my doc and online sources said pregnant woman aren't suppose to. I do it sometimes wearing a mask and gloves but rarely.
Ugh, I couldn't do that.. My cat has only pooped on a towel once and it was bc he was locked in the bathroom on accident. I would say they might be sick or just get a bigger box or yes, rehome them!! I told my bf if it interferes with the baby or their stuff (like IF my cat was peeing on his clothes or something) they'd be gone.
Yeah unfortunately till he does it that will happen we switched to automatic cat box and we have yet to have accidents other than this week because my husband didn't empty or put cat litter in last week
We can't change the litter box while pregnant? I've changed it my whole pregnancy
@mommysbabies I try to 'take turns' with my fiance doing the litter boxes and we are supposed to do them every other day but he will put it off for an entire week if I don't interfere
@jaz. Mine tried to escape outside like 10 times. I don't want her to be an outside cat because they can bring in critters. We also live in home that is like a town house but more ghetto so there are a lot of stray cats and stray dogs around. I don't need her trying to fight them off. My daughter cries though because I told her if the cat makes it pass the walk way and makes us chase her that she will be gone forever. I'll call animal control and tell to see if they can take her if she escapes that way and its been a couple days that we cant get her.
@medeles98 they're all next to each other and over 3 inches deep the one cat pisses on random stuff too. They are basement cats at the house were in now because I got tired of them peeing on everything at our old house and me being the only one cleaning up after them . I would love nothing more than to rehome them, when I was pregnant he did the litter boxes and he would always leave poop in the box and only refill the litter when it was completely empty and if we were out of litter he would leave the empty box there so of course they would piss in it.
It could be because he waited so long to get them fixed or the vet my cats see said cats are very cleanly animals cat box should be done every other day because then you will have that problem with them
My cat started to do this, make sure their litter is like 3 inches deep and gets cleaned every 2 days. I have a cat but my bf takes care of him since me being pregnant and I can't. He cleans the whole litter box like once every 2 weeks with bleach. Show the others cats the other box and pick them up and put them in there to show them. Also it's good to have them kind of close together.
@mommysbabies yeah he does lol but he procrastinates and I don't like my house smelling like cat piss so I'm the one cleaning. They're all the same boxes and they were probably around two years old when I talked him into getting them spayed
@js_kidsmom if it was up to me I would have re homed them years ago.
How old were they when they got fixed and are they all the same kind of cat boxes also if they are his cats he needs to take care of them not your responsibility especially being allergic to them

Cats are fuckin evil I swear. I have my cats litter box under the toilet paper holder. Every time I clean her litterbox and put fresh litter she empties the whole roll of toilet paper in her litter box. 😠😠😠

So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
