Ok so my baby has been sleeping alot lately I changed her diaper & fed her she went right back to sleep. Is this some sort of growth spurt?

Babies eat and sleep a lot during a growth spurt. My son is 4 months old and during his growth spurts he eats and sleeps a lot like every 2 hours he eats and the rest of the time he is sleeping @dess0712
