Ector County of Odessa, Texas had a T-Storm, I'm unsure about other areas. In my area, Pleasant Farms, power and water is completely off. I hope by tomorrow it will all be on. The electric company doesn't know when it will be fixed. Luckily I bought a gallon of water for baby girl's formula since we ran out of water bottles. Times like these makes me proud of being a step forward than what life has put me in. Since hubby is asleep as well as baby girl, I'm gonna have to turn on the breakers in case a miracle happened and it all works. If not then the landlord needs to be ontop of it trying to get answers from the electric company. At first I thought she didn't pay the entire lot's bill but now I know and we'll have to patiently wait. Ugh...
