Ik this may be tmi but I need opinions. To start off I have gestational diabetes. Yesterday I felt fine all day but when I got home last night around 10pm I went to bathroom and then could not stop going. I was COVERED in sweat it was dripping off me and I felt very crampy. Not sure whether it was more uterus or stomach cramps. I had no bleeding at all though thank goodness. But I luckily went into bed and just fell asleep with my ac blasting cause I was sooo hot! This morning I do feel ok and have cramps but they are normal feeling very minimal.
