I stopped working out in my first trimester because it caused crippling morning sickness. I'm now towards the end of my second and I'm feeling a little down on myself after reading all these blogs and advice on apps about how I should be working out to help ease delivery and keep baby healthy. I want to go back to the gym, but I'm afraid it will harm the baby or give me bad nausea again. 😥

If you can't work out try taking long walks 😊

The baby will be fine if you're taking care of yourself. Sometimes exercise can be good for nausea, give it a go!

Just listen to your body to prevent any harm to your and your baby... My doc said I w as ok to work out. But unfortunately it was not working out and I just waited till my lil guy was about 4 weeks and did lil stuff.
