I need to vent, so I'm in a conversation with these girls on Facebook and 2 are pregnant, 1 has a 1 y.o. And then there's me with a 6 mo. Old. These 2 girls are scared out of their mind, so they are asking for advice but the girl with the 1y.o is just pushing all of HER beliefs on them and what happened to HER, and I had to tell them like it's not all the same because what happened with her is complete opposite of what happened to me when I gave birth. And by all means I support breastfeeding I wish I could do it but I couldn't. And she's pushing breastfeeding like it's the only choice, that pisses me off because what if something happens and they can't breastfeed, then they have this girl hyping them up and stuff like your baby will never get sick... yes there are benefits but it doesn't mean your baby will never be sick. Adrienne is formula fed and she's never been sick and she's still being a kid with crawling on the floor and germs and stuff. I just really hate the fact that she's pushing this as the only option. Is it the best... maybe, but you also have to do what's best for yourself and baby. End of rant.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...
Transgender children
So I just learned that in my kids school district (my kids aren't in school yet my oldest will be starting kindergarten next September) there are twin boys who identify as girls. They are 5 years old. What's your opinions on this matter given they are 5!!! I don't believe that at that age they really understand the whole thing. So the entire school had to take a course on how to handle transgender children. For example they can't say girls go this or boys do that. What are...
Science!
My friend posted this on facebook last night and said her kids were asleep within minutes. It's a song that scientists created to help people fall asleep. I was skeptical but I thought what the hay, I'll try it out. I didn't bank on Dh falling asleep, but both him and lo were asleep by minute 2. And lo slept six straight hours. ?

A Statement from Mom.Life:
Hey everyone!
Last night, a new user began messaging our moms asking for private pictures of toddlers and young children. This is obviously unacceptable behavior, and the account was banned immediately. Although thankfully extremely rare on Mom.Life, several users were understandably upset by this, so we wanted to clarify a few things:
First off, Mom.Life has an absolute zero tolerance policy for child abuse and those who would prey on children. We strive to ...
@whiterussian, I feel like that too. Honestly as long as the baby is fed who cares what the little one is drinking.
