I recently took my little girl to the doctors and she had a blocked milk duct by her nipple the doctor said to leave it and it will go or I can give her a warm bath and squeeze it like a spot 🤢 not sure if this is the same type of thing but I'm going to leave my little girls as it dosnt hurt her 😂🙂xx

Feed as much as you off the side that is blocked.... baby is the best thing to unblock it and warm baths. Try feeding in the bath if possible. Hope that helps xx
