Someone please explain to me why a family member is getting so! upset about our baby's name simply cause it's the same; even though we've had the name for over 9 years?
We never shared what we would name our kids until the family saw them after the doc gave the okay.
And this whole drama had to become a huge thing at my nieces 6th birthday party?!

I’ve known since I was a child that if I had a son it would be Jaison but Jaxon and Lincoln were on the list just in case we changed our mind. If Jais would have been a girl, we would’ve named her Ariana. (Our girl name has changed now, though since that name is so popular)

As we laid our precious baby boy down to sleep, our hearts ached. We still have questions and don't understand why this happened to our sweet innocent baby boy. What we do know is one thing. We are LOVED! God has surrounded us with gentle hands of comfort to help us get through such a hard time in our lives. We couldn't be anymore grateful for the friends and family we have. Baby Dakota is safe and sound in the arms of our Heavenly Father. He had a purpose so great that we can't even begin wrap our heads around it. The ridiculousness is what's upsetting me that it was at my nieces party...really? Just call me the next day and tell me how ya feel.

I've never had so much drama take place as with this pregnancy! I'm literally shocked 😳 every time it happens, and rarely anything shocks me.
