@anastazia.anglesey, yah, that is how we started it, she has to be ready to sit on it. If she freaks out, don't force it! If you do then there is a chance it will take even longer to potty train

@anastazia.anglesey, my daughter absolutely hates soiled diapers. So I have been working with her on it. Every time I use the bathroom I pretend to be really enthusiastic about it and take her with me and set her on her potty next to me. If she goes, she gets an m&m. If she sits but doesn't go she gets half an m&m. So far it is working, she would probably be already trained if I didn't work nights and slept most the day

@anastazia.anglesey, same here! She can also sort of use the potty, and she loves helping with chores around the house 😍 happy little helper! Kids are so amazing and smart ❤
