How dangerous is a Uti? I went swimming in the lake today and ever since TMI it burns to pee.
@ieshapolanco13 Thank you and that is wonderful God always brings joy when you have just been through something very painful and I am 20 (turning 21 in November) and me and my husband are currently working on our rainbow baby and I know that God will heal my PCOS and bless us with a beautiful family in his time, God's timing is always perfect ❤
@amberjacq ❤ thank you. Sorry for your loss as well! I'm Moy currently 18 expecting my rainbow baby anytime now ! I made it to 37 weeks and I haven't felt more blessed ever before. Good things take time.
@samanthalira1399 That is very good yours isn't dangerously bad and don't let it get that way because it will just cause further problems in the future and I pray everything heals
@ieshapolanco13 I am very sorry for your loss I have also had two of my own miscarriages not for the same reason but I still feel your pain ❤
@amberjacq I don't get them often. Maybe once a year.
@laciemarie Yes my doctor told me that's why I was getting them so often and I still get them very often because I am a very sickly person but I always treat them very quickly when I start getting one and I can't drink pop anymore because of how bad off my bladder and kidneys are now because of how badly I got them when I was younger I had to quit drinking pop when I was 16 because of how badly it got when I was a little girl
@samanthalira1399 ya so be careful girl. Get it checked out right away.
Ya.. the reason I didn't treat mine right away was because I was 15 and hiding my pregnancy from my parents then. So I ignored the uti.. and then when I finally told my parents they took me to the doctor to confirm my pregnancy, and my doctor confirmed my pregnancy and uti but it was to late to treat it, I had already started bleeding out my baby.
I misscarried with my first pregnancy due to a untreated uti.. it gave me a really bad kidney infection and that made me miss carry.
@laciemarie right omg. I just swam in the lake. I decided I'm not doing thst anymoew.
@amberjacq you can get them from taking a bath?! 😶
And also it can get so bad that it spreads to your kidneys and it can also spread else where and cause you to go into shock and you could possibly die from it if left untreated which is why I was hospitalized because it got into my blood
It can get so bad that you could die or need surgery because I get them all the time and my doctor when I was 11 told me that if I continued to take baths all the time then it will get really bad to the point of surgery because I would be hospitalized for days because of how bad it gets and if it goes untreated
^^and she's correct. An untreated UTI can turn into a nasty kidney infection. It's happened to me, too.
I have an appointment in a week, but if it doesn't get better by tomorrow imma go in.
They can be pretty common during pregnancy, but you should still treat it!
It can cause a lot of problems if left untreated. Believe me I know. I left mine go forever and ended up being hospitalized. It got to the point where it infected my kidneys so I could barely walk and stand up straight. I was peeing mostly blood instead of urine, and the constant burn was excruciating, I was in a fetal position in my bed crying. So in other words, get yourself checked out sooner than later. It should be an even bigger priority cuz you're pregnant as well. Gotta keep you and baby safe.
Welp their goes my lake plans this weekend 😶😐
