I've thrown up yesterday and today ! I've been drinking water ! It really sucks how fast I get over heated !

What do you even do with a cat in heat? I've never had to deal with it before and surprise haha
Ladies, have y'all been eating lunch meat? I've heard it's a no-no unless you heat/toast the sandwich. I just want a turkey sub from subway and I can't stand a hot or toasted sub 😭😭😭😭
Ever since giving birth I've been extremely intolerant to heat. I've had to walk out of supermarkets midway through shopping to 'cool down' with fresh air. I've left people's houses simply because they've had their heating on. I'm still having cold baths. Also, every single day after giving birth I've been waking up with my hair soaked like I've been sweating and over-heating during sleep. At first I put it down to the hot weather but it's cooling down a bit now and it's still the same. I don't want to be like this forever. Hoping it's just a hormone thing?
Short Luteal Phase? I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
