Is anyone on here doing the KetoDiet? I'm just starting out on a very tight budget so I'm looking for cheap meal ideas!!

You don't need the premium version to adjust macros and calories.

There's another. Basically I just eat alot of eggs, cheese, chicken, salmon and tuna. If I need more fat I add butter or mayo or avacado oil.

Mine are set at 5% carbs , 20% protein and 75% fat.

In keto you don't want to over do it on protein but you do want enough to keep your muscle so be truthful about your current activity level and only up protein when you start working out more.
If you want to loose you will cut calories through fat. So use less dairy, nuts etc.
