Have you filled the information out on the website. I got about 4 bags of samples and I give them to the hospital and bring them where I work. It's like stuck or something. I am still getting formula for my son who is 6 years old. I get a package at least every 3 months. @keelygeedy

@beebaby I was surprised they sent a little box of 6 ready to feed formula when I did this for my son they only sent me the powder
