Make a paste out of baking soda and water place on the bite for 10-15 mins redness and swelling should come down if it doesn't then you need to go see a dr!
Umm usually people go to the doctor. A spider bite that reacts is not like an ant bite or mosquito bite. It could actually be dangerous to you. Go to the doctor.
