So how many days after the mini pill can you have unprotected sex? My doctor said 2 days...seems…

I'm on the mini pill. My dr told me to wait at least 3 weeks

We tell our patients 3 weeks to a month. If your ebf and on the mini pill then I understand why he would say 2 days

Me and my boyfriend had unprotected sex the day I started it, at the time I was pumping with partial breastfeeding. If your period has started you don't have to wait the 2 days.

@zuly2312 I stopped pumping and breastfeeding at 3 months. We still have unprotected sex even if I forget a pill since it's hard for me to get pregnant when not on any bc

@tashamagolan it was hard for me to get pregnant with my 3rd also. What about now do you still take the mini pill?

It took me 8 months almost with her @tashamagolan but I just want to know if the breastfeeding makes a difference in having more protection or not

@zuly2312 breastfeeding is supposed to be a natural form of birth control.

If your not breastfeeding then you need to get different pill. It is for breastfeeding only

Breastfeeding isn't birth control on its own anymore
