Potty training opinions.....better to have an actual potty chair or the seat cover that goes over the big toilet seat?

Juliet is officially potty trained she goes pee pee and poo poo in the potty success before 2 years of age! My daughter was not actually sitting in this car seat while I was trying to load up my other children she got into this car seat trying to make her older sister mad I thought it was a cute picture so I took it some people got sensitive about this picture.
