How does everyone go about finding a daycare if they're going back to work? That's probably the one thing I'm nervous about, given seeing so many articles in my state and others about occurrences in daycare. Obviously things can happen outside of daycare, but can someone ease my mind?! 😂

@doubleksmommy, that's so hard. I just keep thinking I'll mis out on so much, but then remind myself, " my mom did it and we have a great relationship".
That's what I thought too but I got a promotion offer so I'm going back next week when my baby girl turns 3 months on Saturday. Im having mixed feelings 😕
@doubleksmommy, I honestly thought I'd be staying home and leaving my current job, but got an offer elsewhere I can't refuse!
I've always preferred in home daycares over facilities. Just check out a few, talk to the provider and choose one you feel comfortable with. My oldest started at a great in home daycare at age 1 til she started kinder. She learned so much & her provider loved her like her own. and my new baby will be starting In home daycare next week.
