Do most babies have a gap in their front teeth like this when they haven't come in all the way yet?

@amandahenry546 his is adorable but when their permanent teeth come the gap usually closes ..do he sick his thumb? 🤔

@littlegummiebear ok good, I have a stupid gap in my teeth it went away when my permanent teeth came in but when I had braces the dentist pulled two of mine and said I had too many teeth now I'm stuck with a gap and I'm just hoping he doesn't get one too. Lord knows anything would be cute on him though :)
