Baby's struggling to poo now cos of having solids what can I give her to help? She's very uncomfortable :(

@xxjadeleannebxx, lots of water and fluids, warm baths and fruit and veg that's high in fiber :) xx

She barely drinks water she's such a nightmare with it always pushes it away. Do you give warm or cold water? Oh right I have Apple and melon will they work or is it more pears etc. You can get lactuclose my friend mentioned that to help loosen it for her gonna try that as well xx

@xxjadeleannebxx, I would give cold water, maybe try some suger free juice if she won't take it, if it Carries on and you get worried just ask the doctor or health visitor about it xx

Okay I'll have a look I'll nip out soon to get some bits. And see how she goes then if no change I'll got the docs the health visitor is useless lol xx

@xxjadeleannebxx Give her prune , If she often having such a problem just add prune in every meal

Is she due to go on follow on milk now? At 6 months @notalja @isabellaboo xx

@xxjadeleannebxx, I honestly can't remember 😂 I don't think Isabella ever had follow on milk she just had formula till 6 months old then went onto food and formula then at a year old went onto cows milk so I never used follow on, I'm not sure if your sopose to or not but I never did 🙂xx
