My breast are several engorged and I cry when breastfeeding. What are some remedies? Just gave birth Friday.

Linolish (spelling?) ointment!! Works sooo well for sore nipples

They told me to use cabbage leafs Helps dry up some of the milk... idk how but maybe google it? Also massage them when not breast feeding... and pump or express the milk if it gets super bad, you don't want to get backed up

Try a warm shower or a warm rag....I did the warm rags
