I'm so in love with this house and I hope the sellers can fix the knob and tube wiring, roof, and two other things so we can have the house appraised and buy it. They already agreed to the roof and the other two things and paying for the closing cost of the house. They said if our realtor knows an electrician that can rewire the house for cheap and are ok getting paid at closing then they will pay for it. Which lucky for us our realtor does know an electrician that she works with and said she would call him. Hoping everything goes through so we can own our first home.

Only pics I have of it. The living room is bigger than what the picture shows. The entrance is big I would buy a side table to decorate and place my keys and belongings, the bedrooms are great sizes, there's a laundry room off from the kitchen, and the bathroom is a great size. Plus there's a shed out back.
