So I keep feeling these lil sharp pains on my right side. You do get pains like that before you start your period right.? Remember I had that dark brown spotting for a few hours last month on the 22. My period suppose to start today.
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no, his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me and did something else with an other girl.... and it's 10:51 am now and he hasn't texted me at all. and after he dropped me off I texted him saying what I felt and nothing. I don't know if I'm over reacting or what or what should i do. do i wait until he text me?
Did anyone’s else’s periods stop when using mirena? I got my iud in November and I had A LOT of spotting and my periods were long and heavy the first three months. Since I got my last period in January I haven’t had ANY bleeding. My iud strings are there and I took a pregnancy test and it was negative (I’m SO paranoid 😂) so could this mean my period might have just stopped with mirena? Or could my period just be irregular?
The other day at my OB appt, my Dr said he needed to have the talk with me about having my tubes tied. I had ultimately decided against it due to how my periods were prior to getting pregnant every time, so I decided i wanted to get an IUD and he said he can do it the day of my section. I'll be having my 4th C-section next week and he said although an IUD is 99% effective, he recommends me getting my tubes tied bc it's be dangerous for me to get pregnant again and have another csection. I know I'm done having kids after this baby, but having my tubes tied feels too permanent, ya know? He said he could tie my tubes and still implant the IUD to help with my periods, but i feel like I still just want the IUD. What are the chances of having an IUD fail?
Ok so not using actual numbers.. But everyone knows I'm over weight since having my girls. It's no secret. BUT i was talking with my hubby last night and idk how we got to this but he said something like (not using actual numbers) no one should weigh 800lbs, they should take care of themselves. And i said so what if someone weighs 800lbs? He said no one should weigh that, they should be healthier. I said well i almost weigh 800! I'm in the 790s. And I'm healthy. I may be overweight but i don't have any diseases, no high cholesterol, no high blood pressure, i don't have a bad heart, lungs, or anything else. So I'm healthy I'm just over weight. So then we argued about him having an issue with my weight.. Am i wrong in this? Because it really hurt my feelings.. I've tried sooo many different things to lose weight but having hypothyroidism makes you gain/hard to lose. And my medications for depression and anxiety cause you to gain also.. So it's very hard to lose weight.. But i didn't even know he had an issue with my weight until last night..

@typicalwifegirl, that's a bummer cuz they make it seem like the norm is to not have a period anymore

That's crazy. Yeah not a fan. Have you seen the picture of the baby born holding the IUD? It's insane! @missdkp23,

I had to have a procedure to get mine removed bc it was no longer in place and the strings were to short to reach. My cycles were so long and I never had that issue. Now when I had my IUD after I had my first child on 07, I didn't have a cycle for 6 years. I definitely don't thing the iuds are the same anymore.

I've been on an IUD for over a year now and my periods are 10-14 days long on average 😮 It's tolerable though cause it's still better than what I used to have 😂
Sometimes your bleeding doesn't stop or slow down at all. My doctor said that actually happens more often, and the light to non existent periods are more often wishful thinking than reality.
