So ladies... I'm talking to a fitness coach from beach body and she wants me to start coaching with her and sharing my transformation when I start. I've been so uncomfortable with the way I look and my weight and I'm not sure how to stay motivated if I do start this. Anyone have any ideas?

The fact that you are uncomfortable with your body is THE REASON so many women will follow you and listen to you. I'm so sick of seeing women who are already physically fit telling me how to get motivated. Or the swimsuit models on the treadmill in infomercials showing us their abs and nice ass while working out. You know what I want to see? Someone like me, overweight, hair a mess, full of cellulite, struggling to fucking breathe on the treadmill. I can relate to that. That's REAL to me. If that hot mess can get motivated and push through, by golly I can too. ✌
