Has anyone ever sprained any part of your body? How long did it I take you to heal?
I sprained my shoulder a few days ago, but it still hurts like a mother;$:&:& I can move it more now but it still hurts so much. I don't wanna go to the ER ugh, but if it keeps hurting by tomorrow my a$$ is going to have to go...

It took me about 3 weeks to recover from my sprained shoulder. It wasn't even a bad sprain. Even now, a whole year later, the shoulder is still really tight and my range of motion isn't as good.
Instead of an ER visit, I'd just call your doctor and see if you can get in right away. The ER will just tell you to ice it and send you in for a follow up with your doctor anyway, and then charge you $500 that your insurance magically won't be able to cover. 🙄
A sprain is worse than a break. It will take a long time to heal
Yesterday I went out with my boyfriend went to watch a movie, me and him don't live together yet. but point is yesterday when he was dropping me off his like sleep over at my house witch the mom and dad lives. I said no,
his response was why is everyone deciding or making choices for you and their going to do the same with the baby, when I know that's not true. what he thinks is that my mom tells me not to sleep over. So he left all mad. and I felt in my heart that he went on and cheated on me...

Short Luteal Phase?
I've just started temping because I believe that the reason I haven't had a BFP yet, after 20 months, is because I believe I may have a Luteal Phase Defect.
