Breastfeeding Pillow.

Tablet or books. (Super optional)

Maybe an extra few swaddles or hat for baby to change in during the day when they're with you. (Along with their going home outfit)

So this list is specific to c sections! You really don't need any of the stuff I listed if you're staying in the hospital for only a day or two. They provide a lot of it. But if you'll be recovering, you'll really want all of those things from home and kind of be tired of the hospitals.
